By accessing or using the Uklati platform, mobile applications, or any services provided by Uklati ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Uklati is a platform that connects home chefs with customers seeking authentic Moroccan home-cooked meals. Our Services include:

  • Uklati Client - For customers to browse and order meals
  • Uklati Cousina - For home chefs to list and sell their dishes
  • Uklati Manzil - For businesses managing multiple kitchens

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. By using Uklati, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

4. For Customers

  • Orders placed through Uklati are subject to acceptance by home chefs
  • Prices displayed include applicable fees unless otherwise stated
  • You agree to pay for all orders placed through your account
  • Cancellation policies may vary by chef and order type

5. For Home Chefs

  • You must comply with all local food safety and hygiene regulations
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu and pricing
  • You agree to fulfill orders in a timely manner
  • Uklati reserves the right to remove listings that violate our policies
  • Commission fees apply to completed orders as per our chef agreement

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users
  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the platform to compete directly with Uklati

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on Uklati are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Uklati acts as an intermediary between home chefs and customers. We are not responsible for:

  • The quality or safety of food prepared by home chefs
  • Disputes between users
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions or technical issues

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Uklati harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Casablanca, Morocco.
